We will help you to be open to extraordinary experiences through the ancient art of paying attention… learning how curiosity, presence, and deep listening can awaken a renewed sense of wonder for the natural world. We will begin by walking through a beautiful threshold co-created with the hidden folks themselves. A living invitation to leave your worries behind and enter into child-like wonder. Throughout the evening, Jess and Sheri will share the practices that have deepened their own relationship with nature while inviting you to discover what unfolds when you approach the forest with an open heart and a spirit of curiosity. Together, we’ll also create a beautiful woodland keepsake using cedar, herbs, flowers, crystals, and other natural elements… a personal Bundle of Remembrance to take home as a symbol of the afternoon and a gentle invitation to continue cultivating presence, wonder, and connection long after our time together has ended.
