Spring Equinox Sound Bath

Join Sneha for a deeply rejuvenating sound bath designed to help you reset, reflect, and realign with the fresh energies of the Spring Equinox.

We’ll begin with gentle journaling to reflect on the season behind us and consciously set intentions for the months ahead. From there, you’ll be guided into a restorative sound journey using Himalayan singing bowls—supporting the release of what no longer serves you and creating space for growth, balance, and new beginnings.

The Spring Equinox is a powerful moment of renewal and harmony, when day and night are equal and nature begins to awaken after winter. This natural balance makes it an ideal time to restore equilibrium in the body, mind, and spirit, while planting seeds for transformation and manifestation.

The Himalayan Singing Bowls used in this session are crafted from seven metals and are designed to bring the body’s energy centers into harmony. Their soothing vibrations invite deep relaxation and meditative awareness, working on a subtle, cellular level. Each bowl resonates with one of the seven major chakras, helping to clear energetic blockages, calm the nervous system, and support overall well-being.

New for your comfort: zero-gravity chairs are now provided, allowing your body to rest in optimal alignment and ease. Please bring a cozy blanket and anything else that helps you feel warm, supported, and at ease during the session.
