For one evening only, our Winemaker’s Cottage becomes an intimate dining haven, where Chef Colby Janowitz and Meagan of Mycelia, together with our Barrel Oak winemakers, will host a Friendsgiving-inspired celebration that blends culinary artistry, soulful storytelling, and the warmth of shared moments.
With a journey that spans Canlis in Seattle, The Restaurant at Patowmack Farm, and three years at the Michelin-starred SingleThread in California, Colby and Meagan bring a deep reverence for land, season, and story to every dish. Mycelia is their ode to community — an invitation to slow down, gather close, and savor the stories woven into each ingredient.
