Sourdough from Start to Finish

There's nothing sour about learning a new skill. Join expert Becki Melvie with Abundant Kitchen to learn how to make sourdough bread. Participants will learn how to make bread using the Ballymaloe Cookery School recipe and other tips and tricks including ways to use that discard. Class participants will leave with their very own sourdough starter that is over 40 years old from Ballymaloe Cookery School, a tasty treat, and some handy resources. Registration is required.
