Stretch & Sway is a gentle somatic movement experience designed to help you reconnect with your body, calm your nervous system, and start your day with intention. Through simple stretches, rhythmic swaying, breathwork, and positive affirmations, we’ll create space for both the body and spirit to soften, release, and renew.

This class is accessible to most fitness levels and no experience is necessary.

✨ Bring a yoga mat, beach towel, or blanket if you’d like to sit or move closer to the ground.

✨ If standing for the entire class isn’t comfortable for you, feel free to bring a camping chair and participate from a seated position. The movements can be adapted to meet you where you are.

? Donation-Based Event
This class is offered from the heart and is open to everyone.

Donations may be made:

• Or with cash on the day of the event

Any amount is appreciated and helps support future community offerings.

? This experience will use a prerecorded Stretch & Sway session created and demonstrated by Ashley Bowman, allowing everyone to settle into the flow together while enjoying the beauty of the morning.
