- **Event Description**: Join us for a truly unique 90-minute experience. Before settling into the stillness, spend the first 30 minutes enjoying a silly social time with the friendly resident goats. Then, mosey on down past our beautiful pollinator garden to the peaceful pond, where you'll be guided through a calming meditation accompanied by a soothing sound bath. As the gentle tones blend with the nature sounds of birds and breezes, you'll be invited to unwind, recharge, and reconnect with nature. This is an 18+ event.

What you'll need to bring:
- A yoga mat or towel
- Closed-toed shoes

*Please note: The full session will be held outdoors. We will do our best to keep the area tidy, but your yoga mats/towels will be placed directly on the grass. If it is cold, please dress for the weather, as the session will be held outside, barring rain.
