Leave your worries behind as you focus on your breath and find your balance.NOTE:Don't forget to bring your own yoga mat and wear comfortable clothing that allows for easy movement. Water bottles and towels are also recommended to keep you hydrated throughout the session. Please note this practice is outside on the hard rocks/dirt.Birdwing Open Air Classroom is a short hike East on the Coast to Crest Trail from the San Dieguito Lagoon Staging Area it can be tricky to find. The 2801 Via de la Valle address will tell you to go passed San Andres, DO NOT PASS SAN ANDRES.
