The Brigantine, has been gracious enough to accommodate 38 of us in one area instead of 24. The GM mentioned and I have had this feedback from other women in other groups that many times, people say they are coming and they don’t show up. This keeps other women who wanted to come from coming as there will always be a max for our group gathering to effectively get to know one another. The GM recommended this as apparently a few groups have shared this successful alternative to not having commitment, people not canceling and the restaurant not being inconvenienced . In order to attend our events, I am asking that each of you Venmo or Zelle a NON-REFUNDABLE 5.00 to confirm your spot. After the 5.00 is received, I will confirm your RSVP. Yes, this will also cover mine and Mary’s cost of our event for bringing us all together. I truly hope you understand and respect this decision that was made with much input from others.
