Have you ever wondered about how Historical European Martial Arts (HEMA) might go mixed with tai chi? A dish of Italian Fencing with a dash of the 5 Rings of Miyomoto Musashi? The purpose of this class is NOT to fully answer that, but to take ideas and methods from the many and varied sources on combat arts/swordplay and distill them down into something you can use TODAY!
