- **Event Description**: Join us Thursday, December 18th for our last Kundalini Yoga class of the 2025 calendar year, as we celebrate the shortest day of the year with our annual 2-hour Kundalini Yoga Winter Solstice Event at Wood Haven Healing Home & Retreat Center, 16768 Somonauk Road, DeKalb, from 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.

Bring your intentions of what you want to release and clear out for the rejuvenating and hibernating season of winter, releasing thoughts, feelings, and emotions that no longer serve you.  As well as your intentions of what you would like to attract to you in the upcoming new year. 

This special two hour class is comprised of an exercise set (kriya), 40 minute deep relaxation sound bath with a our crystal singing bowls & gongs, and meditation.  The class will conclude with burning our intentions.

All levels welcome!  $20 participation fee payable via Venmo, PayPal, at the door, cash or check, or 2 punches on your 10-class pass!
