Chef's Canvas Dinner

Rudy will guide you through a multi-course dinner where each dish is a direct reflection of one of his paintings. This is a chance not only to admire his work on the gallery walls but to taste and experience his creative vision on your plate. Limited to just a handful of guests-this is more than just a dinner! It is an intimate conversation between two forms of art.

First course

Curry and buttenut squash bisque with pomegranite boursin toast points

Second course

Pan-seared scallops with roasted red pepper butter sauce

Third couse

Petite filet, sweet potato, and red wine reduction

Fourth couse

Basil pots de creme with fresh fruit and whipped cream
