Sacred Rage: A Primal Art + Movement Experience

What if your anger isn’t something to suppress… but something to listen to?

Sacred Rage is an embodied art and yoga workshop that invites women to explore emotion through movement and large-scale creative expression. Through dynamic yoga, guided breathwork, and kinetic drawing on expansive surfaces, we move energy through the body and into mark-making.

This experience is about create and release.

We’ll begin with grounding and activation practices to build safety and awareness in the body. From there, we’ll transition into expressive, full-body art — using sweeping movement, breath, and rhythm to transform stored emotion into creative force. We close with intentional grounding to leave you centered and steady.

While this is not therapy, many participants find the experience emotionally clarifying, deeply grounding, and renewing. You are always in control of your participation. Everything offered is invitational.

No yoga or art experience is needed. This is about expression, not perfection.

Wear comfortable clothing you don’t mind getting messy. Come ready to move, create, and release. All bodies. All expressions. All welcome.

You’ll leave with: 
• A completed mixed-media artwork
• A sense of clarity and grounding
• A meaningful reminder of your strength and worth
* A supportive community of women

All materials are provided. Come as you are—comfortable clothing recommended. This is a safe, creative space to breathe, reflect, and rise.
