The response to the idea of creating a Moms’ Circle at South 66 Lanes has been incredible!! Women from so many different seasons of life have reached out saying the same thing:

“Our community needs this.”

We agree. 🫶

Before we officially launch Moms’ Circle, we want to bring together the women who are interested in helping us turn this idea into something meaningful, welcoming, organized and built to last.

This first gathering is our FOUNDING & PLANNING MEETING. 📝

This isn't a regular Moms’ Circle gathering yet. We're inviting women who want to roll up their sleeves, share ideas and help us create what Moms’ Circle will become.

💜 Topics women actually want and need to discuss
💜 Creating a welcoming, judgment-free environment

💜 Confidentiality, boundaries & group guidelines
💜 Volunteers, hosts & facilitators
💜 Local professionals and community resources we can partner with
💜 Future activities, speakers & special events
💜 Our planned bi-weekly schedule beginning in November
💜 How we make this sustainable for the long haul

And most importantly:

What do the women in OUR community need this to be?
This isn't something I want to build for women without listening to them.

I want us to build it WITH women. 💜

Bring a notebook if you'd like, your ideas, your experiences and your heart.

You don't need professional experience or special qualifications to participate. Maybe you have an idea. Maybe you've experienced a season of motherhood that taught you something. Maybe you're great at organizing, connecting people, planning activities or simply making someone feel welcome.

There's room at this table for different strengths and different voices.

👩 A NOTE ABOUT CHILDREN FOR THIS MEETING
Because this first gathering is a working/planning session, we're asking that this meeting be adults-only, if possible, so we can focus and openly discuss the structure, guidelines and future of the program.

This is ONLY for our planning meeting. Our future Moms’ Circle gatherings are being designed specifically so moms can bring their children and kids can enjoy bowling while we connect. 🎳
We also understand that finding childcare isn't always possible. If bringing your child is the only way you can participate, please message us rather than feeling like you can't come. 💜



☕🍕 QUICK SIDE NOTE: South 66 Lanes does have a no outside food or drinks policy, so please leave the snacks and drinks at home. 💜 We've got you covered! Each attendee will be provided pizza and your choice of a frozen coffee or soda during our planning session. Come hungry and ready to brainstorm! 🫶

💜 A little more about where this could go…

South 66 Lanes already has an active 501(c)(3) nonprofit, South 66 Bowling Buddies, created to give back and make a positive impact in our community. As we build the Moms’ Circle, we’ll be exploring how this new initiative can work alongside our nonprofit mission—opening the door for community partnerships, sponsorships, donations and resources that can help us build something meaningful and sustainable.  

This first meeting is NOT a fundraiser and there is absolutely no expectation to donate. This is simply our starting point: bringing women together, listening to what our community needs, sharing ideas and figuring out what we can build together. 💜
