"This Is My Brave" Documentary Watch Party

Join us for worship on Sunday, August 3rd and plan to remain after to watch this important storytelling show as one community. We will have extra goodies for Coffee Fellowship that afternoon.

In September 2022, Deerfield Beach Community Cares sponsored a production of This Is My Brave featuring personal stories from our neighbors and rehearsals in our Katie Luther Chapel. This May, DBCC premiered the only professional documentary ever created about a This Is My Brave show.

Since 2014, This Is My Brave has produced over 75 unique shows in cities across the United States featuring nearly 875 storytellers sharing true, personal stories on overcoming depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, PTSD, psychosis, OCD, postpartum depression, borderline personality disorder, dissociative identity disorder, trichotillomania, anorexia, bulimia, sexual assault, alcoholism, substance use disorder and more.
