Introduction to Pistol Red Dot (MRDS)

This 4-hour pistol course is specifically designed for those new or potential new owners of a pistol red dot. The course is designed with a heavy focus on understanding the optical system itself, product differences, options, uses and practices.

- Safe handling
- Benefits and Features of the red dot
- Equipment Selection: Dot size, color, and other options
- Installation options
- Correct nomenclature
- Pros and cons using a red dot system
- Maintenance
- Fundamentals of RMR pistol shooting including, grip and presentation fundamentals, sighting in (zeroing), finding the dot, and self-diagnostics.

*Handgun Rentals with Mounted Red Dots are available, if needed, for $25. Must request rental at time of booking.
