It is about allowing rhythm to move through you, connecting with the collective heartbeat of the circle, and giving yourself space to release what you no longer need to carry.🌕 The Full MoonThe Full Moon gives us a natural moment to pause and see clearly—to acknowledge what has grown, honor what has been revealed, express gratitude for what has come to fruition, and consciously release what we are ready to leave behind. With the ocean beside us, cacao to open the heart, and the drum beneath our hands, we’ll create a space for release, connection, and renewal. What to Bring• A blanket or towel to sit on• Water• Your drum or percussion instrument if you have one• An open heart and willingness to participateNo drum?
