I’m Christy Cotterman. I’ve spent the last 15 years guiding people through grief, identity shifts, and life transitions. I’ve personally navigated divorce and helped countless women and men reclaim their sense of self, rebuild confidence, and create lives that feel purposeful and joyful. This summer/fall, I’m offering a 10-week, in-person divorce recovery group for those ready to heal and rebuild with intention.

After Divorce: Rebuilding Life with Purpose
Wednesdays, August 5-October 7, 2026
Blatman Health and Wellness Center in Kenwood

Women: 5:30p-6:30p
Men: 6:45p-7:45p

This is NOT a typical support group. It’s structured, intentional, and application-based. It is also NOT designed for venting, blaming, or staying stuck in resentment. It is designed for self-reflection, nervous system regulation, and personal responsibility—it is intentional work for rapid growth post divorce.

✨ Includes a 57-page workbook that you'll work through in between classes for deeper healing)
