Knowing what to do in the first few minutes of a cardiac emergency can save a life. We’re offering a free Hands-Only AED & CPR training where participants will practice on a mannequin and learn how to use an AED.

This is a hands-only course (no certification provided), designed to give you practical, real-world skills you can use immediately.
