An Afternoon of Meditation
Saturday, April 18 | 1:00 – 4:00 PM
Pasadena, Newfoundland

This will be a small, intimate gathering… a quiet space to slow down, reconnect, and simply be.

Together, we will explore the roots and history of meditation, its many benefits, and simple practices you can carry into your everyday life. We will move through breath awareness, gentle energy work, and close our afternoon with a deeply guided mindful experience.

A nourishing nutritional pause is included, allowing you to rest, reflect, and connect. 

Whether you are just beginning, returning after time away, or simply feeling the call to pause… you are so welcome here.

Spaces are limited to keep this experience personal and supportive. (and of course fun) :)
