- **Event Description**: Learn the basics of anticlastic raising, which involves manipulating the metal to create saddle-like, ruffled and organic forms. In this class, students will learn to raise pre-cut metal blanks on sinusoidal metal stakes using Delrin mallets designed for this task. At the end of this class, students will have completed a small pendant or metal sculpture. It is encouraged that students have a core understanding of beginning metalsmithing basics.
A materials fee of $45 is paid to the instructor on the day of class
