Summer can be fast paced, HOT, and filled with activities. It can also symbolize growth and new adventures! Join Lori Barrett RYT200, Ayurvedic Lifestyle Yoga Specialist and learn how Ayurveda can cool and calm you this summer!

Brand new to Ayurveda? Wonder what it's all about? This is a great place to start. Whether you're new to Ayurveda or looking to deepen your practice, this workshop is designed to support your journey toward greater wellness in the spring season!

What to expect:

- A brief intro to Ayurvedic Principles - Practices, doshas, and where it all started.

- Some breathwork - some to help energize when needed and some to help ground you when you are looking for more stability and peace.

- Some Meditation - a practice we will perform together as well as some online resources for you to use when needed.

- Some Movement - Discover a yoga routine that will help ground and energize you during the spring season.

- Daily routine guidance that can help get over the sluggishness of winter and move into the awakening of spring.

- We will discuss foods that are great this time of year to help keep your body and mind in balance.

Everyone who attends will receive access to a yoga video dedicated to Summer! You can practice at home to calm and cool yourself whenever you need!

This is a beginner friendly class! No yoga experience is required. The movements are slow and Lori will help guide you in the poses.

What to bring:

- Yoga Mat - if you do not have we have a few on hand to borrow.

- Wear comfortable clothing that you will be able to move your body in.

- Water Bottle

- Journal for notes if you would like.
