About the event

Spring Crane Series: Being a Field Biologist
Are you missing Alabama's Sandhill and Whooping Cranes after they've left for their spring migration? Join the International Crane Foundation, in partnership with Wheeler National Wildlife Refuge, for a series of programs focused on cranes and their conservation!

"Be a Field Biologist" attendees will learn about the crane species here in North America and learn field biologist techniques before spending a day (virtually) out in the field as a biologist counting cranes and identifying Whooping Crane individuals.

Location: Wheeler NWR Visitor Center Auditorium
