Join us for Slow Flow Nidra, a five-week journey designed to calm the body and mind, helping you release stress and tension as you transition into the weekend. While attending all five weeks is encouraged for maximum benefit, drop-ins are welcome if you’re new to the practice or simply need a reset.
Each class begins with a 30-minute slow flow yoga practice, allowing you to gently stretch, move with intention, and connect with your breath. This mindful movement prepares the body for deep relaxation.
We then transition into Yoga Nidra, also known as "yogic sleep," a guided meditation that leads you into a state of profound relaxation between wakefulness and sleep.
