Breathe, let go, and feel your body soften back into itself. A Rebirthing Breathwork circle for coming home.About this EventRebirthing Breathwork: Breathe • Release • RenewWhat are you ready to release and what are you ready to breathe life into?Once a month, we gather at Decatur Healing Arts to lie down, breathe, and let the body do what it already knows how to do: let go. For a 90 minutes journey, I'll guide you through circular connected breathing, a steady rhythm with no pauses between the inhale and exhale. As the breath builds, things begin to move. You may feel tingling, warmth, tears, laughter, or a deep quiet. Whatever arises is welcome, and you'll be held through all of it. This is your time for embodied awareness, release, and renewal.Using circular connected breathing, you’ll be guided into a continuous rhythm of breath that invites you out of the thinking mind and into deeper connection with your body, emotions, and inner experience. This month, we gather during the waxing crescent moon, a phase symbolically associated with new beginnings, nurturing intentions, and forward movement. We’ll use this energy as the theme for our practice: releasing what no longer needs to be carried while breathing intention, attention, and momentum into what you are ready to grow. Each monthly gathering offers an opportunity to return to your breath, listen to your body, and begin again. No previous breathwork experience is necessary. Come in comfortable clothing, bring water, and arrive with an intention or simply with curiosity. You're welcome to bring an eye mask as well.📍 Decatur Healing Arts🕖 7:00–8:30 PM🌙 Monthly Rebirthing Breathwork - **Event URL**: https://allevents.in/decatur/rebirthing-session/100002002678306726 - **Event Categories**: fitness, Art, Nonprofit - **Interested Audience**: - total_interested_count: 0 - **Event Highlights**: - Duration: 1 hour 30 minutes - Location: Decatur Healing Arts - Languages: English ## Ticket Details - **Ticket Price Range**: min: 52.7, max: 52.7, currency: USD ## Event venue details - **city**: Decatur - **state**: GA - **country**: United States - **location**: Decatur Healing Arts - **lat**: 33.7730215 - **long**: -84.2857298 - **full address**: Decatur Healing Arts, 619 East College Avenue, Decatur, United States ## Event gallery - **Alt text**: Rebirthing Session - **Image URL**: https://cdn-az.allevents.in/events4/banners/5105bbdd05846f4c97fff94debc0dfd8c7a21154335c8eac8fc58ab9a925463b-rimg-w1200-h600-dc482808-gmir.jpg?v=1791126127 ## FAQs - **Q**: When and where is Rebirthing Session being held? - **A:** Rebirthing Session takes place on Wed, 14 Oct, 2026 at 07:00 pm to Wed, 14 Oct, 2026 at 08:30 pm at Decatur Healing Arts, 619 East College Avenue, Decatur, United States. - **Q**: Who is organizing Rebirthing Session? - **A:** Rebirthing Session is organized by Renee Adolphe. - **Q**: Who is this event for?
