On October 18th at 10am, STAND (whenwestand.org) collaborates with the Decatur Dems to join thousands of groups across the country for a national day of action pushing back on attempts to marginalize, divide, and silence the people. We will celebrate our freedoms of speech, assembly, and protest by using our voices to lift up the values our democracy relies on. Bring your most hopeful signs, your kids, and your voices to Decatur Square for a brief rally, a kid-friendly march, and a celebration of the best of what Decatur can be when we join in community. Bubbles included.
