๐˜ฟ๐™–๐™ซ๐™ž๐™™ ๐™€๐™ฃ๐™œ๐™—๐™ง๐™ž๐™ฉ๐™จ๐™ค๐™ฃ - Engbritsonโ€™s work, inspired by the Japanese philosophy of wabi-sabi, embraces the transient and imperfect, crafting pieces that may initially appear awkward but reveal
unexpected aesthetic harmony upon closer inspection. His vessels act as intermediaries, defining exterior spaces while harboring partially hidden interior realmsโ€”sanctuaries for indwelling spirits.

The Black Vessel series and its successors explore the dance of light and shadow across muted surfaces, while the Relics series, created through raku, showcases the transformative power of fire.
Throughout his career, the human figure has been a recurrent motif, with clay forms echoing the human body and surfaces coming alive through the interplay of light and shadow. His art invites exploration of the delicate balance between the visible and the hidden, discovering beauty in the unexpected, and connecting with the spirit within.

Engbritson earned a MFA from San Diego State University and a BA in 3D Art from California State University, Sacramento. He served as an Artist-in Residence with the California Arts Council, taught design and drawing at San Diego State University as well as other colleges in the San Diego area.

๐™‘๐™ž๐™ซ๐™ž๐™–๐™ฃ ๐™‚๐™ค๐™ก๐™™ is a metalsmith who makes unique containers and jewelry. Her pieces are made one at a time and hand-constructed using traditional silversmithing techniques. Her designs often incorporate movement and surprise. Containers conjure the fun and mystery of hidden objects and secret spaces. Working at a small scale allows pieces to be handled and explored even if only in the imagination, like puzzle boxes or unopened presents. Her inspirations are eclectic: storytelling, animal forms, and seasonal change. She draws from a lifelong love of miniatures, and the mysterious appeal of little boxes, โ€œthe dialectics of outside and inside.โ€ She enjoys the boxes of Joseph Cornell, antique silver biscuit tins, and traditional Japanese bento.

She earned her MFA from Boston Universityโ€™s Program in Artisanry, and a BFA from Rochester Institute of Technologyโ€™s School for American Crafts. She has taught at the Portland (ME) School of Art and Chastain Arts Center. She worked as a goldsmith in New Hampshire, California and Colorado. Currently she divides her time between her workshop and wild bird rehabilitation.

Most mornings, she can be found outside homeschooling her son among the pine trees and ferns around Atlanta, Georgia. Together, they marvel at mushrooms and classify caterpillars while picking up and recycling an array of interesting garbage. Drawing influence from nature, Art Deco, and vintage toys, Krista imbues her work with emotion and saturated color.

Grecco earned her B.F.A. from Alfred University in Alfred, NY, and her M.F.A. from The Ohio State University in Columbus, OH. She held the title of Professor of Foundation Studies at Savannah College of Art and Design in Atlanta for 13 years before shifting to a full-time studio practice in 2022.

Her series often reflect on the emotional and spiritual complexities of contemporary life, inviting viewers into a space of reflection, healing, and presenceโ€”all in service of fostering a more loving, conscious, and connected world.

She is also passionate about community engagement. Cristina speaks at schools and galleries, juries exhibitions, curates exhibitions that center immigrant and Latinx experiences, and actively uplifts other artists. Her work has been featured in juried shows across Atlantaโ€”including a citywide billboard exhibitionโ€”and internationally, continuing to grow alongside her commitment to art as connection and service.

Cristina holds a BFA from Jacksonville University, with a major in Visual Communications and a minor in Art History.

Later, she added gourds to her canvas. She enjoys the way the gourdsโ€™ fanciful and whimsical shapes contrast with the careful symmetry of the mandala patterns.

As a former math teacher, mathematics has strongly influenced Karenโ€™s artwork. Look closely to discover the reflected geometric shapes, the complex patterns of rotating swirls, and the colorful translations displayed in her mandala gourd designs.

๐™…๐™ช๐™™๐™ฎ ๐™Ž๐™ฉ๐™š๐™ซ๐™š๐™ฃ๐™จ - is a collage artist who lives and works in Atlanta, Georgia. She studied art at Boston University and Goddard College but changed direction after completing her education and dedicated herself to a career in public health. She retired after working 24 years at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and returned to her earlier love, creating art.

Although Ms. Stevens has produced artworkโ€”including oil paintings, drawings, monoprints, and collagesโ€”throughout her life, she began concentrating on paper collage in 2018. She is a member of the Atlanta Collage Society. Her work has been exhibited online and in multiple galleries including in Atlanta, GA; Bethlehem, PA; Decatur, GA; Dayton, OH; Fayetteville, NC; Gillette, WY; Kansas City, MO; Key West, FL; Lyons, CO; Pawtucket, RI; Red Bluff, CA; Santa Fe, NM; St. Charles, IL; and Tieton, WA.

Her process is to deconstruct printed pictures and then reconstruct paper elements to form completely new images. These composite pictures, which on the surface may seem to be naturalistic scenes, incorporate multiple viewpoints, a range of perspectives, whimsical details, and visual puns. Her goal is to engage, surprise, and entertain the viewer.

She began with a beginnerโ€™s class in stained glass and went on to teach herself and design original pieces. About 20 years ago she attended a wood turning class at John Campbell Folk School and found herself more interested in the fused glass class in the next building. She bought the instructorโ€™s book, ordered a kiln and fusible glass, and began experimenting. Her glass work shifted from stained glass to fused glass and glass mosaics. For the present she has settled into flowers as a theme for her work. Beckyโ€™s original glass creations are sold at Wild Oats and Billy Goats in Decatur GA and New Smyrna Beach, FL.

When I came to the United States in 1998 I got busy with career, family, ministry and i did not have time to paintโ€ฆ until February 24, 2022 when Russia started its brutal war against Ukraine.
