What is the Merry Mile you ask? It's the downtown area spanning from the top of 2nd to the end of Bank Street. Did you know it's only a one mile walk from start to finish? How merry indeed! 

- We'll kick off festivities with the tree lighting on the Alabama Center For the Arts lawn (across from the Princess Theater) at 5:30 PM.

- From 6-8 PM, visit The Mallard at 14 Lee Street to meet and have your photo taken with Santa. 

- From 5-8 PM The Mallard is also collecting toys for a toy drive, to share holiday cheer with local families. 

ALL NIGHT: 

- Need to get your holiday shopping done? Support local businesses and cross off your holiday gifts one by one! 

- Enjoy Christmas Carols by the Bank Street Players!

- Stop by Banksy event venue for a holiday cocktail!
