This season can hold so much - gathering, celebration, connection - but also exhaustion, stress, and the pull to keep up. Before the month unfolds, take a grounded hour for yourself to pause, breathe, and learn

Led by Lori Barrett, RYT 200 (Renewed Energy Yoga & Reiki), this workshop explores simple, accessible breathwork practices that invite steadiness, clarity, and presence. Held within the calming, wellness & community-oriented Decatur Wellness Collective, the experience offers a restorative space to reconnect—with yourself and others.

✨ Takeaway:  Each participant will receive a printed guide to continue the practices at home and carry a sense of calm throughout the winter season.
