Meet Your Facilitators
Theresa Hubbard and Walker Bird are the founders of My Inner Knowing and have more than a decade of experience facilitating retreats across the United States. Their work has supported hundreds of participants in creating space for reflection, healing, and growth.

Theresa is known for her calm presence and her ability to hold spaces where people feel safe and seen. Walker brings a steady, thoughtful approach that helps participants reconnect with themselves with clarity and care.
