We will have the ACCESS Moblile Health Unit as well to provide resources and a DJ spinning tunes all day long!The Strong Minds Sprint is an exciting new 40-yard dash designed especially for kids ages 10 and under. This high-energy event encourages children to stay active while reinforcing the important connection between physical movement and mental well-being. Through fun, friendly competition, young participants build confidence, resilience, and healthy habits that support strong minds and strong bodies. We are thrilled to introduce this new addition and can’t wait to see our youngest runners take off toward a brighter, healthier future.Join our movement and make mental health a priority in YOUR community! We encourage families to run/walk together and to make that easy, kids 13 and under participate for free.
