RIOS Corp is excited to offer our first Period Power 101 workshop, a welcoming space where youth can learn about periods, build confidence, and feel prepared for this normal part of growing up.

Participants will:
✨ Learn what a period is and what to expect
✨ Explore period products in a safe, supportive environment
✨ Ask questions without judgment
✨ Create and take home their own Period Emergency Kit

This workshop is recommended for ages 8–13 and is designed to be educational, empowering, and age-appropriate.
