Non-brand owners may only attend the summit on the days permitted and shall not solicit any sales during the event in any manner.We ask that you participate in the Summit sessions and activities and refrain from holding outside meetings. Anyone hosting outside meetings must notify the A-CAPP Center in advance.View and Opinions of Speakers: The views and opinions of speakers and participants at summit events do not necessarily reflect those of Michigan State University, the A-CAPP Center, its Industry Advisory Board and BP Councils including member companies, or summit sponsors, and should not be used for endorsement, advertising purposes, or as legal advice.Contact Information: By registering for the summit, attendees acknowledge that their contact information may be included in the conference materials provided to all attendees, as well as the Center’s internal contact lists. By attending the Summit, attendees acknowledge that their image may be captured and used in research, educational and public service programs.Registration: Conference registrations are to be paid for in full at the time of registration. Registration is tier based on sector type. Registrations in violation of the registration categories above, their registration will be cancelled, and fees paid will be refunded according to the refund policy.The Center Director has discretion for all issues related to registration & attendance.Fees for brand owners is $1,175.00; law firms, technology providers, service providers, e-commerce providers, & investigators (any other private sector organizations) is $1,375.00; independent consultants and associations is $550; and government, law enforcement or academic organization is $350.00.There are early bird discounts available through December 1, 2025.A $150 late fee will apply for any registrations occuring between March 2 - March 8, 2026.A $250 late fee will apply for any registraitons occuring between March 9 - March 12, 2026.Refunds:At the A-CAPP Center, we are committed to delivering a high-quality, impactful Summit experience for all participants. As a small, nonprofit organization, we rely on accurate registration numbers to make critical financial and logistical commitments well in advance of the event—including venue, catering, materials, and speaker arrangements.For this reason, we are unable to offer refunds for Summit registrations.
