End of Year Sound Bath

Join Michaela for a sound bath meditation as we reflect on 2025. Now is your chance to clear yourself energetically of all stagnation and limitations in preparation for the new year of 2026. We will start by incorporating some spoken word, mindfulness meditation before going in with crystal singing bowls to balance the energy centers of the body and end with a clearing using our crystal chime.
