Yule logs are a custom that many countries use to celebrate Winter Solstice and welcome a new year. They are burned as a beacon of hope and light during the darkest days of the year. Come create your own yule log as friends or family to take home and burn in your hearths or use as a centerpiece at your winter celebrations while sharing fellowship and hope for the coming year. After decorating your yule log, you will enjoy a hot dog lunch together and then hunt for your yule log that staff have hidden for you! Once all the yule logs are found, we will gather around the campfire and enjoy smore’s and cider. Each participant will write a wish or resolution for the new year on a slip of paper and burn it with our TimberRidge Yule Log at our campfire.
