Join Wander Woman on February 21 from 1:00–5:00 PM at Mill Creek Rifle Club for an essential First Aid & Stop the Bleed certification designed with an outdoor and real-world perspective. This course is open to women ages 18 and up.
Having the right tools—and knowing how to use them—can make all the difference when seconds matter. This training with the American Heart Association CPR/AED & First Aid certification course provides essential, hands-on training to help you act confidently during cardiac arrest, choking, and other medical emergencies.
This 4-hour, in-person class is completed in one day and is led by experienced EMS professionals with decades of real-world field experience. You’ll learn high-quality CPR for adults, children, and infants, how to properly use an AED, and how to provide critical First Aid care when every second counts.
The Stop the Bleed training, developed by the American College of Surgeons, teaches essential techniques to control bleeding in emergency situations. In this course, you’ll learn how to apply direct pressure, pack wounds, and use tourniquets effectively.
