Your registration supports Get Healthy Desoto’s mission to promote active living, healthy eating, and a stronger, healthier environment for all residents. Whether you’re aiming for a personal best or a stroll with friends, you belong on this course.
Get Healthy De Soto is proud to be a part of the De Soto and Jefferson County communities. This year we are presenting the 2026 Adventure Run on Saturday April 4, 2026 from 10am - 2pm. The race will include 5k and 1 mile walk/run options and an added bonus of supporting Get Healthy De Soto and the 2025 #8 Farmers’ Market in the USA. We want to invite you to sponsor, volunteer, and/or participate in an effort to promote our 2026 Initiatives. Get Healthy De Soto hopes to raise enough money this year to hire a Director, which would allow us to bring back, as well as develop many new community programs and events to provide health and wellness opportunities that are limited or unavailable in our community. De Soto Farmers Market is currently preparing to build a new Community Garden and needs aid and resources for beds, soil, seeds, and maintenance. De Soto Farmers Market is also looking to start educational classes for youth and adults in the community.
Entry Fees
On or before 3/14/2026
5K - $30 per person
1 mile - $20 per person
Kids Under 12 Any Race - $10 per person
Shirts - $10 per person
After 3/14/2026
5K - $35 per person
1 mile - $25 per person
Kids Under 12 Any Race - $15 per person
5K Divisions
15 & under, 16-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+
Packet Pickup
Packets are available for pickup on 4/4/2026 beginning at 8:30 AM the day of race. Race day registration ends at 9:30 AM.
Race Divisions
Awards will be presented to the top two male and female finishers in each division and best overall male and female finishers of the 5K race. All kids 12 and under will receive a participation ribbon. Award ceremony follows the race in addition to after party featuring local vendors and businesses.
Volunteer Opportunities: Flyer Distribution - Race Bag assembly - Race Day (race set-up, registration table, race monitors, first responders, clean-up)

Waiver: I know that running a road race is a potentially hazardous activity. I should not enter unless I am medically able and properly trained. I assume all risks associated with running/walking this event. Having read this waiver and knowing these facts and in consideration of your accepting my entry fee, I, for myself, and anyone entitled to act on my behalf, waive and release Get Healthy De Soto Inc., and all sponsors, their representatives and successors, for all claims or liabilities of any kind arising out of my participation in this event.
