Do I need to know how to swim? No swimming skills are required. The class is conducted in the shallow end of the pool, allowing participants to stand comfortably while performing exercises. 

What should I bring to class?
Swimsuit (one-piece or athletic swimwear recommended)
Towel
Water bottle to stay hydrated
Optional: Water shoes for added traction and comfort

What can I expect during the class? The class combines cardio, strength, and flexibility exercises using the resistance of water. Activities may include water walking, leg lifts, arm movements, and balance exercises. The water's resistance enhances muscle engagement while minimizing impact on joints.

How long is each session?
Each class lasts approximately 35 minutes, including a warm-up, main workout, and cool-down period.

Is there a cost to attend? No, this class is completely free of charge. It's our way of promoting health and wellness within the community, AND it is during Adult’s swim FREE time at the pool so there’s no fee for pool admittance. 

Do I need to register in advance? While walk-ins are welcome, we recommend registering ahead of time to secure your spot, as class sizes may be limited. Registration details can be found on our website or by contacting our front desk.
