Champion TV series Host, Executive Chef, Personal Chef, Certified Meat Cutter, Event Coordinator as well as Cooking Class Instructor. He is also an honors Culinary Arts graduate of Fox Valley Technical College, one of the nation’s premiere culinary schools.
