Mindfull workshops and guided journaling led by Mary Jo, LCSW/CSAC
Yoga led by Allie Pedretti Beining
Qigong led by Wendy Sandona
Nature Walks & time enjoying the grounds
Soundbath provided by Cathy Jo
Nourishing food catered by Voyageaurs Bakehouse, Soup Sisters and The Farmacy.
