Green Bay Great Strides is an annual 5K community walk event that offers a fantastic opportunity to get involved to support people with cystic fibrosis, and the CF Foundation’s mission to cure CF.  Our community goal is to raise $72,000 together in 2026.
 
This unforgettable event offers celebration, community, connection and FUN!  Walk day will include music from our DJ, photo opportunities, family activities, lights snacks and refreshments, a 5K walk in and around beautiful Green Isle Park, and many meaningful moments for our CF community.

Participation options include forming a team with family/friends/co-workers/neighbors, fundraising, donating, sponsorship, volunteering on walk day, and/or walking with us.
