Join us for a rich and playful Contact Improvisation gathering where jamming is central. We dance, explore, and connect through shared movement, guided by touch, trust, and timing.
With amazing food available and a few fixed mealtimes, you're free to move, rest, and nourish yourself on your own rhythm.
No formal classes, no pressure. We’ll have a few gentle gathering points like morning circles, sharing spaces, and tuning-ins to help us ground and connect, offering moments to align with the group and drop deeper into the mindset of jamming.
We’ll explore different jam formats like:
* Silent Jam – move in mindful silence
* Focused Jam – improvise with intention
* Performance Jam – share your dance with others
