This workshop offers a journey into the heart of intimacy where you get to experience the magic of support, both in giving and receiving.

Using ropes as an extension of your arms, you'll be introduced to a new language of connection focused on holding & being held, rather than mastering intricate techniques. We create a space where playfulness paves the way to profound, gentle holding, allowing emotions to surface organically if they want to.

This special womxn's edition welcomes individuals who identify as women, non-binary, or gender non-conforming, creating a nurturing bath of womxn's presence. Here, you'll join a community that embraces and explores the feminine spectrum in a supportive and understanding environment.

No prior experience is necessary – all you need to bring is your curiosity. If you have ropes, feel free to bring them along, but it's not a prerequisite. This workshop is clothed. You can join alone or bring someone.

Everything I suggest is always optional, and your 'Yes' as well as your 'No' are equally celebrated. You can sit out a practice and choose who you team up with. Come explore the tender dynamics of connection in this safe and inclusive space.
