No frills, no fuss—don’t worry about crowds, parking, port-o-potties or shirts you don’t need! Just come out for some fun for a good cause. 

We will be serving up delicious fresh-cut watermelon and homemade strawberry lemonade at the start/finish ??

$10 + donations appreciated—100% of all proceeds go directly to a 501(c)3 non-profit l retreat for kids and adults living with Cystic Fibrosis (CF), a genetic, non-curable lung disease. We are raising awareness for CF, and Sunny Shores Sea Camp! The camp is based by the ocean because salt air and water acts as a positive, natural therapy for those living with CF. The salt clears the airways. 

Sport your favorite pink, red and/or green outfit! Runners/walkers all welcome. 

Route is out and back along Riverside drive. Water fountains, restrooms located at the park.

In memory of my brother, Peter Kavanagh (forever 27). Peter was a Cystic Fibrosis warrior, defying all odds and limitations. He loved being active. He was an avid cyclist and runner. He enjoyed attending Sunny Shores Sea Camp each year since he was very young.
