Intentions and Mala Meditation Workshop

Join Kelli as she guides you to open up to your desired feeling, which will unlock a special intention that will be used for this workshop.

Each student will receive a Mala necklace as we discuss the meaning behind the 108 beads and how to use a Mala necklace with your intentions during meditation.

The workshop will end with a blissful Yin practice and final meditation with the Mala necklace, as we search for inner peace and connection to the divine.
