Join us for a special Full Moon Yoga Event on the sand, at Frank Rendon Park in Daytona Beach. We have been doing the Pompano one for almost 4 years in south FL with an average of 75-100 attendees per event, and we would like to share our love for this event to the area we just moved to as well! Details…..Enjoy a one-hour class, plus 15 minutes before to get settled & write down everything that no longer serves you to release and let go of. Also, 15 minutes after class to burn away everything we want to release and let go of in the fire under the full moon energy. The class will include a HEALING SOUND BATH of chimes, Tibetan, and 7 Chakra crystal bowl sound healing in Savasana, and we will also be raffling a special gift. Bring water, a friend, and a large towel or bed sheet instead of a yoga mat so you don’t get too sandy. Parking is always available in the park which is FREE for Volusia County Residents as long as you register your vehicle here:

If you’re not a Volusia County resident, you can still go to this website to register your vehicle for a discounted parking pass. THIS IS NOT A FREE YOGA CLASS EVENT, IT IS DONATION BASED. Suggested donation is between $10-$30 per beach yoga event, but any amount is appreciated. Thank you for your gifts for all the work we put into these events to help the community.
