Join Sarah Monroe for the first in a series of sexual wellness and education classes for men about women.
In this open, inclusive, and nurturing workshop, we will guide men in understanding the anatomy of the vulva, exploring the importance of respectful, mindful touch, and fostering a deeper connection with their partners' bodies. This session aims to promote both awareness and sensitivity, providing valuable knowledge that empowers you to be more attuned, compassionate, and intentional in intimate interactions.
Throughout this workshop, you will:
-Learn about the full anatomy of the vulva—clitoris, labia, vaginal opening, and more—with a clear, detailed explanation of each part and how they contribute to pleasure.
-Understand the significance of gentle, respectful touch and how it can help build trust, intimacy, and emotional connection with your partner.
-Explore the concept of mindful touch: how to engage with your partner’s body in ways that are both tender and attentive, focusing on communication and consent.
-Discuss the importance of self-awareness, how being attuned to your own body can enhance your ability to connect with others, and why awareness of the vulva's anatomy is key to both understanding and enhancing pleasure.
This workshop is designed to foster deeper empathy, promote healthy, consensual communication, and encourage respectful, positive interactions. Whether you're looking to improve your intimate relationships, educate yourself about your partner’s body, or simply learn how to connect more meaningfully, this session provides a safe, comfortable space to ask questions and engage in open discussion.
Join us as we work to dissolve taboos, build knowledge, and celebrate healthy, informed, and tender touch in all relationships.
This workshop is geared towards helping men, especially heterosexual men, understand their partner’s body on a tender and spiritual level.
