Training doesn’t just happen! It’s built through a series of intentional steps that often go unseen. In this workshop, we’ll pull back the curtain and work our way through the REAL process of designing and developing effective training programs.

You will walk away with a clear understanding of the stages, common pitfalls, and practical tools to strengthen your own approach to training and development.

8:00 AM – 9:30 AM; Doors open at 7:45 AM with networking available until 10:00 AM. Continental Breakfast will be provided.
