Toast with pubs and bars all across the country! The winner of the toast competition becomes the Great Guinness Toast Master 2026 and wins a free pint of Guinness a day for a full year.

HOW DOES IT WORK?
SPLIT THE "G" (at 9pm) - you will need to buy a pint of Guinness before 9pm and make sure you have not drunk from it before the competition.  At 9pm, you will walk up to the stage, attempt to split the "G", which is drinking enough Guinness so that the Guinness rests on the horizontal arm of the capital "G" on the Guinness logo on the glass.

GREAT GUINNESS TOAST
Sign up by 9 p.m. at the Dublin Pub. The Toast Master competition starts at 10 p.m. You’ll take the stage then deliver your toast like a SUPERSTAR and finish with the mighty cheer “Sláinte!!” (pronounced Slan-Che). Toasts can be poignant, funny, clever, silly – whatever you’re feeling. Helpful Hint: Mentioning Guinness, the Dublin Pub, or recently becoming a grandmother are always crowd-pleasers!

Judging is simple – the winner will be determined by audience applause. Another Helpful Hint: If you want to be crowned the Great Guinness Toast Master 2026, bring as many friends as you can!
