Speakeasy Sprouts: Kids Yoga

We all know mind-body connection and self-calming tools are invaluable in our daily lives.

Speakeasy’s Sprouts classes are designed to build and develop these skills through self-management and movement. Kids are invited to flow, play games and enjoy stories by exploring the practice of yoga and breath.

Children in grades K-3* are invited to move with us. No prior yoga or fitness experience is needed. Parents are required to stay on site in the lounge during class.

The ticket link attached allows you to sign up for the whole series of 4 classes at a discounted rate, or pay as you go. You can also find booking under “courses” on your momence app or on speakeasydayton.com/schedule.


*Please consider your child’s maturity level. Ages are flexible!
