As the trees let go of their leaves, we too are invited to soften our grip and surrender to what is. Rooted in Grace is a transformative, evidence-informed workshop that weaves together the psychological foundations of Radical Acceptance and Self-Compassion into teachings and discussion along with embodied practices of yoga, mindfulness, and meditation.
Radical Acceptance doesn’t mean we like, approve of, or agree with what’s happening—it means we stop fighting reality and begin meeting it with presence.
Led by a licensed mental health therapist (LISW) and experienced yoga guide, this workshop offers a supportive space to explore:
-What it means to truly accept ourselves—right now, as we are
-Skills based in the neuroscience and psychology behind compassion-based healing
-Practical tools for responding to inner criticism with kindness and care
-Grounding and heart-opening yoga asanas and meditation practices to embody acceptance and connection
Whether you’re navigating personal challenges, our political environment, burnout, or simply seeking deeper peace within, this immersive experience will leave you feeling anchored, open-hearted, and more resilient. Perfect for the fall season, when nature teaches us the art of letting go.
Open to all levels—no prior yoga or meditation experience required.
